The hostel had a great atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dormitory, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, situated at the end of the party street but still quiet and peaceful. The free breakfast was amazing, with homemade bread and jam, as well as a variety of other options. The laundry service offered was great value for money.
As a solo traveler, I felt a bit lonely during my stay as there weren't many other solo travelers around, especially those of my age. The lack of electricity plugs near the beds was a slight inconvenience.

I had a great stay at a cosy hostel in Valparaiso. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. I really enjoyed the small kitchen, even though it was a bit small, I could find everything I needed. The location was convenient, just a short walk to Plaza Sotomayor and nearby cafes and pubs. The volunteer, Bea, was incredibly helpful and made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hostel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bathrooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable with proper duvets and pillows. the location was convenient, with the bus terminal a 20-minute walk north and the main plaza a 10-minute walk south. the wifi was excellent, allowing me to stay connected easily.
I was occasionally woken up early in the morning by a loud TV downstairs, although it was usually turned down quickly.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. We were able to walk to all the main areas of the city within 15 minutes, and there were buses nearby for when we wanted to explore further. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. The highlight of our stay was the spacious and luxurious bathroom, it felt like we were in a palace! Plus, the laundry service was a convenient feature that we took advantage of.
Although our overall experience was enjoyable, there were a couple of downsides. The hot water in the shower was temperamental and sometimes didn't heat up properly.

The facilities at this hotel were top-notch. The rooms were spacious and clean, with well-kept bathrooms that were a joy to use. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Additionally, the outdoor terrace was a great place to relax and unwind. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
That our room faced a street with bars, which made it quite noisy until late at night. Additionally, the layout of the rooms was a bit odd, with a double bed and bunk beds in the same room, making it feel like we were intruding on someone else's space.

The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was great value for money. The breakfast may have been basic, but it was good value for what it offered. I particularly enjoyed the charming courtyard where I could relax with a coffee or a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!
Strongly recommend this hotel.
